Josh is a producer, director and cinematographer living and working in San Francisco, California. He’s moved through the ranks of the production and post-production worlds, performing almost every job you can think of.
He spent five years as a freelance production sound mixer and sound designer, working for clients such as Nike, Isuzu, ABC television and radio, Norwegian Cruise Lines, and the California Fluid Milk Advisory Board (Got Milk?).
As a camera operator, he’s shot for Wired Magazine and The Webby Awards, and he’s served as director, editor and technical consultant on a number of short films, documentaries and music videos.
From 2000 to 2008, Josh was a producer with Landor Associates, an international brand consulting and design firm where he created a wide variety of corporate, industrial and broadcast work – including brand films, animated logos, sound signatures and online content – for clients such as Citigroup, FedEx, PepsiCo, Hewlett-Packard, BP, Intel, Samsung, Microsoft and Frito-Lay.
Josh is a founding member of group101sf, the San Francisco Bay Area chapter of Group 101, a filmmaking collective where members are challenged to create a short film every 30 days.
