Baking Arts Masterclasses with Richard Festen

I worked with Rich Festen of Baking Arts, a baking school in San Francisco, to produce and direct these instructional videos on the subject of making cakes wrapped in modeling chocolate. In the full hour-long tutorials Rich explains every step of the process, from mixing the ingredients for the chocolate to wrapping and layering the cakes.

In addition to overseeing all aspects of production and post, I also edited the final videos and authored the DVD masters, delivered in both NTSC and PAL format.
